This course examines the many efforts to build more equity, diversity, inclusion, decolonization, and belonging (EDIDB) in workplaces and communities in response to the global need for belonging and community. This involves leadership built on the mindset of mastering five key Inter-Human Responsibilities such as relationships, alignment, adaptability, involvement, and trust.
