Ultimate Potentials is…

a business consultancy, located on Treaty 1 territory and the homeland of the Metis Nation, with over 25 years of combined experience in health, leadership, education and social justice. We help leaders create workplaces that harness their people’s full human potential.

The Mission

To work with leaders to create an Integrative Leadership experience designed to remove cultural, physical, and psychosocial barriers to how people live and work to their full potential.

The Values

Relationships: Cultivating mutually healthy relationships is the foundation for thriving workplaces.

Leadership: People’s dignity and integrity to live, work and play to their full potential requires leadership at all levels of organizations and societies.

Freedom: Modern Workplace leaders know the importance of cultivating a space supporting all employees to be authentic.

Human Dignity: 21st-century leaders know it is critically essential to create workplaces that operate on fundamental morals of human dignity.

Learning: Goals are achieved when guided by the mindset of curiosity, openness, and willingness to be a student of life.

We support leaders and employees in organizational development as leadership and DEI consultants, as well as executive and leadership coaches and trainers.

We work with new and existing leaders committed to creating a learning organization who are not shy about learning and growing alongside all employees. Our values guide our work.  We believe leaders are critical for ensuring everyone benefits from a workplace that treats them with dignity and integrity, allowing them to love how they live, work and play.

We value working with leaders willing to integrate essential leadership skills with the fundamental morals of human dignity. We support these leaders in creating a great work and learning experience for themselves, their community, and all employees.
