This assessment is designed for executive teams. The intention is to use it to help identify and analyze your strengths and needs in the context of your organization’s strategic priorities. Analysis of your responses will provide you with a high-level view of your strengths/needs gap and how well they align with serving you and the end-customer.

For each evaluation area, choose the answer which best reflects your opinion of the statement as it relates to you and your workplace. Each question is ranked on a scale of 1–5 with strongly disagree being the lowest up to strongly agree, the highest. Max score of 75.
Note: This assessment is confidential and will not be shared with anyone. It is strictly being used solely for providing a state of the union report and recommendations for you and your colleagues. You will see areas that as a group, you are strong in and other areas that require closing some gaps.
